4. Mould Design:3-5days for mould and product 3D/2D drawing design.

5. Mould:According to customers' request to build the mould before make the mould. We send mould design to customer approval first. Mould will be usually finished in 40-50 days.

6.Mould Testing:When mould are finished, we test the mould to check it satisfied consumers' needs.And we will send samples for consumers' reference.

7.Sample shoot:If the first sample come out is not satisfied customer. We modify the mould and until meet customers' satisfaction.

8. Delivery:Delivery goods by sea or by air, according customers requirement.

 

Packaging & Shipping
Anti-rust oil is painted first, then plastic film, and finally wooden case.
Sent together with the mould:
a) Mould manual instruction
b) Engineering drawing in flash disk
c) One more set of mould spare parts: heater, ejector pin, bush, water nozzle, water pipe, hanging ring.

Q:Is that possible for your company to send engineer to install machine for commissioning, even train our workers?
A:Yes, U-KNOW MOULD can send our engineer to your factory for installing, commissioning, training. We have some engineers flying among different countries for after sale service and technical support. As per experience, if everything OK usually 5-7 days is enough. Therefore, before shipment, we need you to prepare invitation letter for visa. However, please be noted that all cost happened for visa, travel, hotel should be paid in advance by customers. In addition, we cannot guarantee each visa is successful.
